SC198 and 199

SC198 had me thinking for awhile. I decided to use last year's Simple Snowman. I used the stamp-a-ma-jig to line up the Peace string onto his arms. I used the curly label to punch out the sentiment. I added some of the felt ribbon to give it some texture. The circles were cut out with the coluzzle. The DP is from Holiday Treasures. I used almost the same color palette for SC199. This set is new- "A Wish for Peace." I added some HPH with Alpine ribbon, and cut out the bird and added it on with dimensionals.

WSC62

I've got to get a start on Christmas cards or I'll never get them done in time. For this card, I used an old set called "Garden Snowmen". The paper is Kiwi Kiss with Holiday Treasures DP. I colored it by pooling ink in the lids of the pads and using a blender pen.
*(I finally got this picture rotated in the right direction!)

I'm baaaack :)

I'm finally back with some more cards. I have a new computer now! I planned on posting these this past weekend, but I decided to make a trip to WV for the weekend. These are for Halloween. I used two sets- "Halloween Smiles" and "House of Haunts."

I need to make a few more before Halloween, so I'll hopefully get those finished and posted this weekend. I probably won't get a chance to stamp before then.

Happy World Cardmaking Day!

Unfortunately, I won't be posting any cards today. My computer died on Monday, and I had to orrder a new one. It should be here the middle of next week, so I won't be posting anything until next weekend most likely. On a positive note- I won a pair of Manolo Blahniks in my Sex and the City the movie DVD! YAY! I probably won't get them till March though.
