No stamping on this card. I used the Big Bold Birthday sizzlets, along with one of the texture plates on the Kraft layer (from #4).

New Colors and Stamps!
I love the new In Colors! The all go so well together. The first card's colors are Soft Suede and Rich Razzleberry. The flowers are from a level 3 hostess set called Kind and Caring Thoughts. I also used the Razzleberry Lemonade DSP. The 2nd card's colors are Rich Razzleberry, Dusty Durango, and Crushed Curry. The flower is also from Kind and Caring Thoughts. The damask stamp is from Friends 24-7, and I stamped it on CC textured CS. The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes, and punched with the Modern Label. The 3rd card's images come from Circle Circus The colors are Crushed Curry, Dusty Durango, Bermuda Bay, and a little Melon Mambo. The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes, and is punched with the Modern Label Punch. The ribbon is crushed curry.

I hadn't done a sketch in a while, so I used this sketch to make my mom's birthday card. I used last year's In Colors, and the image is from Flores Suaves (it's in the Spanish Catalog Supplement- Celebrando Creatividad). The sentiment says "celebrate one cupcake at a time" and is from a level one hostess set in the current catalog.

watercolor roses
I made these the other day, but hadn't posted them. The first one I made using the tutorial found here. Patty has lots of great tutorials. I also want to do the brayered rose one. I also did something that I saw on another blog-just can't find whose. You use the scallop border punch to make a scallop strip, then run it through the crimper. Then you can attach it to the back of any oval shape and it will make a layer for it. The second card I made using leftover scraps from a previous card. I also used the Daisy #2 die. I sponged some Pacific Point onto the Baja Breeze so that I could just use all the same cardstock.

Finally Unpacked
I'm finally unpacked and have everything out that I need to stamp. I'm also impatiently waiting on my order of preview sets, in-colors, and the NEW CATTY! The first card's images are from Bird on a Branch and are heat embossed with black EP. The oval and frame are cut out with the Big Shot. I used the decor elements stencil to make the design on the background of the card. The flower card is one that we may be doing at an upcoming stamp camp. I inked up the flowers from Inspired by Nature with Summer Sun, then used a sponge dauber in Rose Red to ink the edges of the flowers. The butterfly is from Garden Whimsy and I did the RocknRoll technique with it in Glorious Green.
